1,095 days & one baby later, we have made it to three years of marriage! To my husband, thank you for always encouraging me to follow my dreams & supporting me every step of the way. Here’s to 300 more years babe!
Now onto the good stuff, our wedding day! A little background on our special day…Chase is born & raised in the South while I am born & raised in the suburbs of Chicago (with some strong Italian background!) So when I met with our wedding planner, she asked me “what is the vision for your special day?” My answer, “find a way to bring the North & South together for one h*** of a celebration!” And so our Southern Redneck Italian wedding planning began! Somehow she found a way to mesh our two worlds into the most perfect event we could have envisioned. Seriously it exceeded every expectation I had & took my breath away!
So here it is, a look into 6-27-2015.
We decided on a local barn for the location of our wedding. Plan A was to get married outside the barn but mother nature won that battle. Plan B was to move everything inside, ceremony & all. Looking back on it now, Plan B probably should have been Plan A all along!
Italian ivy & chandeliers covered the interior ceilings of the barn & tent while white linens covered the long farmhouse tables.
Upon arrival, guests were asked to sign wedding corks instead of the traditional guest book.
“His” & “Her” food stations with table florals to die for!
As the night continued, we danced the night away (well into midnight) & walked away through a tunnel of sparklers as the new MR. AND MRS. STEWART!
Big shoutout to these vendors & individuals below that made our day so special!
